Frequently asked questions

Who sees my request?

Only the people listed before you press send. For an attorney or doctor, that is up to three professionals whose area covers your ZIP code or state, or the Prescriptions.plus team if nobody serves your area yet. You tick a separate consent box for each kind of help.

Are the professionals recommended by Prescriptions.plus?

No. Professionals marked Sponsored pay Prescriptions.plus a monthly marketing fee to be listed and receive requests from their area. That is advertising, not a recommendation. Check any professional's license or bar status with your state before you hire anyone.

What should I put in the note?

A sentence or two is enough — for example, what kind of help you are looking for. Don't include medical records, Social Security numbers or claim documents.

Does it cost anything?

No. Sending a request is free. Prescriptions.plus is an educational portal and never bills you for legal services, care, prescriptions or supplies.
