- Measure the finger you'll wear it on — most people choose the index finger.
- Wrap a strip of paper around the base of your finger, mark where it overlaps, and measure the length in mm.
- Match it to the closest size. Between sizes? Choose the larger one — fingers swell during the day and in the heat.

You earn Plus points when you visit featured products from our sponsors, and 500 points when a doctor's office you introduce joins. At 1,000 points you can claim a free first month of live fitness training & support with Beyond Limits Bootcamp; at 2,000 points you can check out your HealthRing. Each reward redeems its own points, so claiming the Bootcamp month uses 1,000 points from your balance. Points are never earned for prescriptions, medications, pharmacy choices or coverage.

The HealthRing itself is redeemed with 2,000 Plus points. Shipping & handling is $14.95, U.S. addresses only, paid by card at checkout. Your points are redeemed once your order is confirmed.
+Which sizes are available, and can I pick my size?
Yes — you choose your size at checkout. HealthRing comes in U.S. sizes 6 (52 mm), 7 (55 mm), 8 (57 mm), 9 (60 mm), 10 (63 mm), 11 (65 mm), 12 (68 mm), 13 (70 mm); the millimetre figure is the inner circumference. If you're between sizes, choose the larger one.
