1. What Prescriptions.plus is
Prescriptions.plus is an educational website with directories of attorneys, doctors and pharmacies and a way to send consented requests to them or to partner programs. We are not a pharmacy, law firm, medical provider, insurer or claims administrator. See the disclaimer.
2. Using the site
- Use the site lawfully and only for yourself or someone you're authorized to help.
- Give accurate information in requests and accounts.
- Don't scrape, overload, probe or interfere with the site, or use it to send spam.
- Don't use the site for emergencies — call 911.
3. Requests
When you send a request you agree to be contacted by the recipients described on the form. Recipients are independent; they decide whether and how to help you and are responsible for their own services, fees, licensing and compliance. Sending a request doesn't create any professional relationship with us or with them.
4. Directory listings and sponsored placement
Pharmacy listings are based on public data (such as the NPPES NPI Registry) and may be incomplete or out of date. Pharmacies can claim a listing through a paid plan; paid placements are labeled Sponsored and ranked as described on the pharmacy finder. Listings are not endorsements. A professional can ask us to correct or remove a listing through the privacy request form.
5. Professional accounts and marketing plans
Attorneys, doctors, pharmacies and partners may buy monthly marketing plans. Plans pay for listings, placement and tools — never for patients, referrals of care, prescriptions or outcomes. Professionals are responsible for the accuracy of their listings and for complying with the rules that apply to their profession, including advertising, privacy and licensing rules. 6. Content and marketing materials
The site's text, design and graphics belong to Prescriptions.plus. You may share links and use the materials on our marketing resources page as provided, without changing their wording or adding claims.
7. No warranties; limitation of liability
The site is provided “as is”. To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties and are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for the acts, advice or services of any listed professional or partner.
8. Changes
