Pharmacy finder questions
+How do I find a pharmacy near me?
Enter your 5-digit ZIP code in the pharmacy finder. You'll see pharmacies in that ZIP code on a list and a map, plus nearby ZIP codes when there are only a few. You can also browse by state and city.
+Why do some listings show a phone number and others don't?
Every pharmacy can appear for free with its name and address. Pharmacies that claim their listing (a paid marketing plan) can show their phone number, website, hours, photos, offers and coupons. Those listings are labeled Sponsored.
+What does "Sponsored" or "Featured pharmacy" mean?
Sponsored listings are paid placements. The Featured pharmacy is the one pharmacy that pays for the top spot in a ZIP code; claimed pharmacies pay to appear in the top five. Placement is advertising, not a recommendation or a review of quality.
+Can I get my prescriptions delivered?
Many pharmacies deliver or mail prescriptions. Use "Request home delivery" and a licensed partner pharmacy can contact you about delivery in your area. Prescriptions.plus is not a pharmacy and does not dispense or ship medication.
+I was hurt at work. Are there special delivery options?
Some delivery programs work directly with workers' compensation claims. Choose "Workers' comp case? See delivery options" and we'll share the options available in your area. Your claim adjuster or attorney can tell you which pharmacies your claim allows.
+Where does the pharmacy information come from?
Names and addresses come from the public NPPES NPI Registry run by the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services. Pharmacies that claim their listing can add and update their own details. Always confirm hours and services with the pharmacy.
+I own a pharmacy. How do I update or claim my listing?
Open your listing and choose "Claim this listing". Claiming costs $499 a month and shows your phone, website, images, offers and coupons with a top-five spot in your ZIP code. The Featured #1 spot is $1,500 a month — one per ZIP code.
Prescriptions.plus is an educational portal. We are not a pharmacy, law firm, medical provider, insurer or claims administrator, and nothing here is medical or legal advice. Educational purposes only. Pharmacy names and addresses come from the public NPPES NPI Registry.
