- Our team reviews it and agrees routing and fees with you.
- You’re invited: a branded email with your partner sign-in link.
- Requests in your category route to you — email, ping post or portal — and appear in your partner portal.
Requests come only from people who asked to be contacted. Use them only to respond to that request.

What is a partner (tenant)?+
An organization that receives consented requests in one category — for example a group prescription program, a mail-order pharmacy or a medical-supplies provider. Each partner gets its own login and chooses how requests reach it.
How do requests reach a partner?+
Three ways: by email to your contact, by ping post (a signed JSON webhook where you accept or decline each request), or portal-only, where you sign in to see them. Our team sets this up with you.
What does it cost?+
Partners pay a monthly marketing fee agreed with our team. Prescriptions.plus never bills patients or members for care, drugs or devices.
Why are some categories labeled research use only?+
Research materials are not approved for human use. Those categories are for qualified researchers and institutions only, are labeled on every page, and may not carry human-use or therapeutic claims.
