Privacy

Privacy, in plain language.

We collect as little as we can, share only with the people you choose, and don't use advertising trackers.

The short version

  • Minimal data. Reading the site doesn't require an account. We only collect what a request or account needs.
  • Consent for each recipient. When you send a request (for example home delivery, or to hear from an attorney or doctor), the form says who receives it. We share it only with those recipients and our own team.
  • No third-party trackers. We don't use advertising pixels, retargeting tags or third-party analytics that profile you, and we don't sell your information.
  • Health details stay here. Anything about an injury or medication stays on Prescriptions.plus and is not sent to marketing tools.
  • Delete any time. Use the form below to see, correct or delete what we hold.

What we collect

When you send a request: your name, how to reach you (phone and/or email), your ZIP code, and the details the form asks for (for example whether it's a workers' comp case), plus the consent wording you agreed to and when.

When a professional creates an account: name, organization, contact details, professional details (such as NPI or bar number), territory and plan. Payments are processed by our payment processor; we don't store card numbers.

Technical: standard server logs (such as IP address, browser and pages requested) kept for security and troubleshooting, and the cookies needed to sign in. Maps use OpenStreetMap tiles, which your browser loads directly from OpenStreetMap.

How we use it

  • To pass your request to the recipients you agreed to, and to follow up on it.
  • To run professional accounts, listings and billing for marketing plans.
  • To keep the site secure and working.

Customer relationship records. We keep contact records in our own CRM so we can respond and follow up. For professionals (attorneys, doctors, clinics, pharmacies and partners) that record may include business details and may be enriched with publicly available business information. For consumers it holds only name and contact details — never injury or health information — and is never sent for third-party enrichment.

Email. We send emails you ask for (confirmations, sign-in links, replies). You can unsubscribe from marketing email at any time — reply to any email or use the form below.

Who we share with

  • The recipients named on the form you submit (for example a licensed partner pharmacy, or an attorney or doctor in your area).
  • Service providers who help us run the site (hosting, email delivery, payment processing), under confidentiality obligations.
  • When required by law.

Your choices

You can ask us to tell you what we hold, correct it, or delete it. Pharmacies and other professionals can also ask us to fix or remove a directory listing. We aim to respond within 30 days. Requests already passed to a recipient you chose are also subject to that recipient's own privacy policy — tell us and we'll let them know about your deletion request.

Children

Prescriptions.plus is meant for adults. We don't knowingly collect information from children under 13.

Changes

If we change this policy we'll update this page. See also our terms of use and disclaimer.
