1. What Plus points are
Plus points are a loyalty reward for free Prescriptions.plus member accounts. Members can redeem points for sponsor products marked with the Plus icon, at the points price shown. Plus products are offered and sent by sponsors, not by Prescriptions.plus; when you redeem, we share your name, contact details and mailing address with that sponsor so they can send it.
2. No cash value
Points have no cash value. They can't be sold, exchanged for money or credit, or used anywhere except the Plus rewards in your account.
3. Personal to you
Points belong to the account that earned them. They can't be transferred, combined with another account, or passed on when an account is closed.
4. Expiry
Our policy is that points may expire after 12 months with no account activity (no sign-in, earning or redeeming).
5. Never for prescriptions or care
Points are never earned for prescriptions, medications, pharmacy choices, insurance or coverage, or any treatment decision, and they can't be used toward them. Nothing about Plus points depends on where you fill a prescription or what your doctor prescribes.
6. Fair use
Points earned through fraud, automated or repeated clicking, multiple accounts, or any other abuse are void, and we may close the account. We may correct points credited in error.
7. Changes to the program
We may change how points are earned or redeemed, change points prices, or end the program. If we end it, we'll give members reasonable notice and a chance to redeem. Sponsors set their own Plus terms, shown with each product.
These terms are part of our Terms of use. See also our Privacy Policy.
