1. Who can take part
Free Prescriptions.plus member accounts. You must be signed in to collect and redeem Plus points. One HealthRing and one free Bootcamp month per member account.
2. HealthRing
The HealthRing is redeemed for 2,000 Plus points plus $14.95 shipping & handling, paid by card at checkout. We ship to addresses in the United States only. Your points are deducted at checkout, once your order is confirmed. If checkout isn't open yet, you can reserve a HealthRing; no points are deducted until your order is confirmed.
You choose your size at checkout. Your HealthRing ships after your order is confirmed, and we email tracking when it's on its way. Available while supplies last.
3. Free Beyond Limits Bootcamp month
At 1,000 Plus points you can claim a first month free of live fitness training & support with Beyond Limits Bootcamp. The points are deducted when you claim. We share your name, email and phone with Beyond Limits Bootcamp so they can set up your month; their own terms apply to their services. Each reward redeems its own points.
4. No cash value
Rewards and points have no cash value and can't be exchanged for money, credit or other products. Points are never earned for prescriptions, medications, pharmacy choices, insurance or coverage.
5. A wellness product, not a medical device
HealthRing is a general-wellness product. It is not a medical device and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, monitor or prevent any disease or condition. Readings such as heart rate, SpO2, temperature, HRV, sleep and mood are wellness estimates. Talk to your doctor about any health concern. Medical emergency? Call 911. The ring pairs with its companion app, which has its own privacy terms; Prescriptions.plus does not receive your ring readings.
6. Cancellations
If we cancel an order or claim, any points that were deducted go back to your account, and any shipping & handling you paid is refunded to your card.
7. Changes
We may change points prices, shipping & handling, the rewards on offer, or end the program. Changes don't affect orders already confirmed. Points earned through fraud or abuse are void.
