Geography plus modality
A provider territory has two parts. The first is geography: one or more ZIP codes, or a whole state. The second is modality: the type of care, such as occupational medicine, orthopedics and spine, pain management, physical therapy and rehabilitation, or chiropractic care.
When a reader in your territory is looking at content related to your modality, your practice is eligible to appear as a Sponsored listing. Limiting how many practices share the same ZIP and modality keeps listings focused and readable.
Multi-specialty groups can hold several modalities. That lets a group present its physical therapy team and its occupational medicine physicians separately, so each reaches readers who are looking for that kind of care.
The three plans
Plans are billed monthly, with fixed pricing, and can be changed as your practice grows or shifts focus, subject to availability in the territories you want.
- Local, $5,000 per month: 1 ZIP code and 1 modality
- Regional, $12,500 per month: 5 ZIP codes
- Statewide, $25,000 per month: a whole state
What is included
Each plan includes a practice profile, Sponsored placement in your territory beside relevant educational content, consented requests from injured workers who choose to contact you, and a dashboard showing listing views, profile views and requests received.
Subscribers also receive a share code that colleagues can use when they join, and access to information about the provider mail-order pharmacy program at /mail-order-pharmacy for patients who need home delivery.
What is not included
Plans do not include a guaranteed number of patients, appointments or requests. Interest varies by area, season and how quickly a practice responds. The site describes what it can control, which is visibility and territory, and nothing more.
The site never bills payers on your behalf, never bills for drugs or devices, and never takes a percentage of your fees. Your clinical and billing relationships with patients and payers are entirely your own.
Choosing between plans
A single-location clinic often starts with a Local plan in its home ZIP code and its main modality. Groups with several sites or a wide catchment area may prefer Regional. Statewide suits health systems and networks with locations and capacity across a state.
Before choosing, consider how far patients with work injuries can realistically travel to you, how quickly you can offer a first appointment and whether your licensing and payer arrangements cover the whole territory.
Frequently asked questions
Can I list more than one modality?+
Yes, depending on your plan and availability. Multi-specialty practices can hold separate modalities so readers looking for each type of care can find the right team.
How many patients will the plan bring?+
We do not promise any number. You are paying for visibility and territory, and results vary by location, season and response time.
Do you bill insurers or take a share of fees?+
No. The only charge is the monthly marketing subscription. The site never bills for care, drugs or devices and never takes a share of fees.
Can I change plans later?+
Yes. You can move between plans or change ZIP codes and modalities, usually from the next billing period, subject to availability.
