What a territory is
A territory is a combination of geography and case category. Geography is either a set of ZIP codes or a whole state. Case categories describe the kinds of work-injury matters your firm wants to be seen for, such as repetitive strain, construction injuries, occupational disease, denied claims or return-to-work disputes.
When an injured worker reads content or searches within a ZIP code you hold, in a category you hold, your firm is eligible to appear as a Sponsored listing. Territories are designed to feel exclusive by limiting how many firms share the same ZIP and category, so your listing is not lost in a long list of competitors.
Because territory is defined by both place and category, two firms can hold the same ZIP code for different categories. That lets a firm focused on construction injuries and a firm focused on occupational illness each have a clear lane.
The three plans
Each plan is billed monthly and covers marketing visibility only. Pricing is fixed per plan so you know your cost before you start, and you can change plans as your firm’s needs change, subject to territory availability.
- Local, $7,500 per month: 1 ZIP code and 1 case category
- Regional, $15,000 per month: 5 ZIP codes and 5 case categories
- Statewide, $25,000 per month: a full state and up to 5 case categories
What you are buying
You are buying visibility and territory. That means placement as a labelled Sponsored listing in your ZIP codes or state, in your chosen categories, beside educational content written for injured workers. It also means a profile page where you can describe your firm, your languages, your office locations and how to reach you.
When an injured worker chooses to send a request to your firm, it arrives as a consented request with only the information that person agreed to share. You decide how to respond, how to screen for conflicts and whether to take the matter.
What you are not buying
You are not buying a guaranteed number of requests, consultations or signed cases. Interest varies by season, by local employment patterns and by how injured workers in a given area search. Any marketing channel that guarantees a case count deserves careful scrutiny, and this one makes no such promise.
The site does not take a percentage of fees, does not purchase or broker claims, and does not bill for care, drugs or devices. The only thing it charges for is the monthly marketing subscription. That keeps the arrangement simple and keeps the site out of the attorney-client relationship entirely.
Checking your obligations first
Attorney advertising is regulated, and the rules differ from state to state. Some states require specific disclaimers, filing of advertisements or limits on how paid placement is described. Before you subscribe, check your state bar’s advertising rules and confirm that a Sponsored listing on an educational site fits within them.
If you practice in more than one state, review each state separately. A Statewide plan only makes sense where your firm is licensed and staffed to handle matters.
Frequently asked questions
Is my territory exclusive?+
Territories are designed to feel exclusive by limiting how many firms share the same ZIP code and case category. Availability is shown when you join, and you will know before you pay which territories are open.
How many requests will I get?+
We do not promise any number. Results vary by area, season and how your firm responds. You are paying for visibility and territory, not for a set volume of requests or cases.
Can I change my ZIP codes or categories later?+
Yes, subject to availability. Changes usually take effect from your next billing period, and you can move between plans as your firm grows or shifts focus.
Does the site take any part of my fees?+
No. The site charges only the monthly marketing subscription. It never takes a share of attorney fees and never buys or brokers claims.
