MOVE · For attorneys, case managers, employers & clinics

A structured recovery program, built around the whole person.

MOVE gives injured workers and their families coaching for the parts of recovery that fall between appointments: mindset, habits, home life and return-to-work confidence. It is delivered alongside the treating physician's plan, never instead of it.

Who MOVE serves

One program, five ways to work with it.

  • Attorneys

A structured recovery program your clients can join that covers mindset, family strain and return-to-work confidence, alongside the care their treating physicians direct. Ask about MOVE when you and your client discuss a recovery plan.

  • Nurse & case managers

Non-clinical support between appointments: habits, adherence reminders, family support and peer community. With the participant's consent, we share attendance and engagement updates.

  • Employers & self-insured

A 12-week Return-to-Work program per enrolled employee: Foundations, Return-Ready, and a track matched to the employee's needs, delivered live and on demand.

  • PT, OT & behavioral clinics

Licence The Finish Line Method: a standardized MOVE curriculum your licensed clinicians deliver in your own practice, with session plans, handouts and fidelity checklists.

  • Insurers, TPAs & adjusters

A clear program description, defined packages and transparent pricing for review, with no clinical claims and no substitution for authorized medical care.

  • The 12 tracks

Who built MOVE

Curriculum built at the Pentagon. A system proven on the trail.

As a leadership instructor, Krystalore Crews was asked to develop curriculum at the Pentagon for the entire military. After multiple interviews and listening sessions, she designed a 40-hour train-the-trainer program and wrote six computer-based trainings that more than 180,000 uniformed members complete every year, built around self-leadership and emotional regulation.

Her own comeback is the proof of concept. Wheelchair-bound with a rare form of rheumatoid arthritis, she studied mindfulness, nutrition, movement and active recovery and came back to run 28 marathons and a 50-mile race. For the 50-miler she trained for six months with an Olympic athlete's coach by her side, which is why MOVE builds in coaching, daily check-ins, nutrition, mindfulness and community. The same system helped her bounce back quicker from cancer.

FAQ

Questions from professionals

+Is MOVE a medical or clinical program?

No. MOVE is non-clinical coaching and education. It does not diagnose or treat, and it works alongside the care directed by the treating physician. Clinical services (physical therapy, behavioral health, medical nutrition therapy) are delivered only by appropriately licensed providers.

+Who delivers MOVE?

Krystalore Crews and the MOVE coaching team. Krystalore is a 22-year U.S. Air Force veteran with an MBA who, as a leadership instructor, developed curriculum at the Pentagon for the entire military, including a 40-hour train-the-trainer program and six computer-based trainings completed by more than 180,000 uniformed members every year. Krystalore is a coach, speaker and retreat leader — not a physician, physical therapist, psychologist or dietitian. Her programs are coaching and education, and they work alongside the licensed professionals who care for you. Under the clinic licence, licensed clinicians deliver the curriculum within their own scope of practice.

+Do you pay or accept referral fees?

No. Prescriptions.plus, Krystalore Crews and MOVE do not pay or accept referral fees from attorneys, providers or anyone else for referring participants.

+Is physician clearance required?

Yes. Every participant needs clearance from their treating physician before any movement session, and adaptive sessions coordinate with, never replace, physical therapy.

+How do I get the professional brief?

Request it with the form on this page. A member of the MOVE team will email it to you and can walk you through it.

MOVE is non-clinical coaching and education and does not replace authorized medical care. Prescriptions.plus is an educational portal; it does not provide legal or medical advice, and no referral fees are paid or accepted.
